• Supplies that are expired, short-dated, have broken seals, damaged packaging, or altered expiration dates will not be compensated or returned.

Packaging Responsibility:

• It is your responsibility to securely package your supplies. MedForceUSA.com is not liable for damages incurred during shipping and may reduce or deny payment for damaged items.

Shipping Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for lost shipments or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Any claims for missing shipments must be filed with the carrier.

Accepted Brands and Products:

• Only items listed on our website or pre-approved by us will be compensated. Unapproved items will be donated unless you request a return within seven (7) days, subject to a return shipping fee.

Damage and Labeling:

• We are not responsible for damages hidden beneath labels. Items damaged due to label removal or missing components may receive reduced or no payment.

Return Policy:

• You have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to request a return. Requests made beyond this period will not be honored.

Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or check within 24-48 hours after inspection.

• PayPal fees are not covered by MedForceUSA.com.

• Payment delays caused by incorrect information provided by you are your responsibility.

Item Ownership:

• By sending supplies, you confirm that you lawfully own them and have the right to sell them. Once received and inspected, items become the property of MedForceUSA.com.

Prohibited Items:

• Do not send supplies covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or any government-funded program. Such items will not be accepted or compensated.

Check Delivery:

• Checks typically arrive within 5-7 business days but may take up to 14 days. If a check is lost, you must request a stop payment. Reissuing checks may take up to 14 business days.

Legal Compliance:

• Your use of our services is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.

• You waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.

Communication Consent:

• By using our services, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from MedForceUSA.com and its affiliates regarding services and promotions.

Limitation of Liability:

• Our liability is limited to the final assigned value of your items. We are not responsible for any additional damages, whether foreseeable or not.

Market Value Disclaimer:

• The assigned value of your items may differ from fair market value and is subject to change without prior notice.

Compliance with Prescriptions:

• Selling your supplies does not affect your prescription or care plan. All items sold must be non-expired, sealed, and rightfully yours.
